An appointment must be made to speak with a banquet manager to book wedding dates and review contracts.
The outdoor party pavilion and the indoor hall are two separate venues, therefore they are booked separately. If you would like the outdoor party pavilion for a wedding ceremony, please check and make sure the date is available. Rental fee applies.
All decorations, centerpieces, and any other items brought in by bride or groom must be removed the night of the reception, at the conclusion of the reception. This is due to next day events, as the room must be cleaned and re-set that evening.
No bar items are supplied by Ponduce Farms. This includes cups, ice, pitchers, bartenders, soda or alcohol.
Any wedding guests caught in the water at any time will be removed from the property.
The banquet hall comfortably holds up to 150 for weddings with the dance floor in the center of the room.
Wedding reception bills are to be paid no later than the 5 days BEFORE wedding reception.
The $300.00 Hall Rental Fee must be paid in full to reserve your date.
No outside food is allowed to be served before or during the dinner.
Additional ALCOHOL POLICIES apply to any function serving alcohol.
