Items you order are made the week of delivery to ensure

Three levels of sales to pick from:
a. 12"-24" wreath only either bow only or decorated
b. Any 2 items on sales sheet
c. All items on sales sheet


* 24 item minimum on all orders.

* Prices include delivery or ups shipping.

* All items are delivered or shipped bulk.

* You may offer red or burgundy velvet bows on all items except centerpieces.

* Bows are shipped separately to keep from getting damaged.

* Delivery bags are available for each item.
(if being shipped UPS pre-bagging is not available.)

* One sample of each item you are selling is available to aid in sales.

*Full color sales sheets are available.

*All orders are C.O.D. unless other arrangements are made before sales begin.

*Gift packaging & shipping for items to be sent directly to the recipient via UPS is $7.00 per
item

The fundraising detail sheet information must be submitted and delivery date confirmed
before start of sales.
